Dr Ashfaqur R Choudhury MD FAAP, a highly respected board-certified pediatrician with 15 years of experience in the field of pediatrics dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to the patient from infancy through adolescence. With extensive clinical experience throughout New York and New Jersey, Dr Choudhury is known for his patient-centered approach and commitment to fostering lifelong health and wellness.
He received his medical degree from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical college under university of Chittagong in Bangladesh. After this he also completed Diploma in Child Health (DCH) in Pediatrics from Shahjalal University of science and technology, Bangladesh.
Dr Choudhury Completed his pediatric residency from Richmond University Medical Center, Staten Island, NY and has devoted his career to delivering evidence-based, comprehensive pediatric care tailored to the unique needs of every child and family.
Dr. Choudhury's areas of expertise include preventive pediatric medicine, newborn and well-child care, developmental and behavioral assessments, immunizations, adolescent health, pediatric weight management, asthma management, ADHD, and the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic childhood conditions. He is passionate about partnering with parents to support healthy growth, development, and overall well-being at every stage of childhood.
