Umme Hazera, FNP

Umme Hazera is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been working in the healthcare field for over 13 years. Umme graduated from a technical high school with a specialty in Medical education. Since the age of 16 she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and fields including dental assisting, nursing assistant, registered nurse and obtained her CNA and EMT certifications at age 16.

Umme graduated from William Paterson University with her Bachelors in Nursing and worked over seven years in the surgical and orthopedic units of St. Joseph’s Hospital, Paterson NJ. Afterwards, she pursued her Masters in Nursing degree at William Paterson University and became board certified in Family Nurse Practitioner.

Umme strives to provide the best patient centered care, taking time to listen to your thoughts and concerns. She is detail oriented and thorough in her history taking and physical assessment. Umme’s kind and caring demeanor will be sure to put you at ease and make you feel comfortable.
